Welcome to Luxastraaero. These Terms and Conditions explain the framework that applies when you browse our website, request a consultation, develop a proposed flight plan with our team, accept a charter arrangement, request changes, or cancel your journey.
Luxastraaero operates from Hong Kong and offers six private jet tiers presented through its website. Our booking process is consultation-based. A flight cannot be directly booked through the website.
For questions about these terms or an existing arrangement, contact jetliner@luxastraaero.com.
Our charter process moves through several distinct stages. Each stage has a different purpose, and completing one stage does not automatically complete the next.
Explore → Request → Consult → Plan → Quote → Accept → Travel
Explore: Review the six private jet tiers and their individual descriptions on our website.
Request: Submit a request for an in-person consultation.
Consult: Meet with a dedicated representative at our Hong Kong office to discuss your journey.
Plan: We use the information provided during consultation to develop a tailored itinerary and proposed flight plan.
Quote: A quote is prepared according to the proposed arrangement.
Accept: Review the relevant itinerary, quote, and booking conditions before proceeding with the charter arrangement.
Travel: Follow the departure instructions and passenger requirements communicated for the accepted journey.
Submitting an online consultation request does not, by itself, create a completed charter booking.
The Luxastraaero website is primarily an information and consultation-request platform.
It allows visitors to review aircraft tier descriptions, explore the general scope of our charter services, understand our booking process, and request a consultation.
The website does not directly complete a private jet booking.
Information shown for a particular tier describes the general characteristics of that category. Aircraft allocation for an individual journey may depend on availability, route, passenger numbers, baggage, airport requirements, scheduling, operating circumstances, and applicable aviation rules.
Images, cabin descriptions, specifications, and similar website material should therefore be considered alongside the specific information provided during consultation.
The in-person consultation is where the proposed journey is developed.
Depending on your requirements, our representative may discuss:
After these requirements have been discussed, Luxastraaero will prepare a tailored itinerary and proposed flight plan. A corresponding quote will then be provided.
Customers should review all supplied information before accepting an arrangement.
A request discussed during consultation may not always be feasible. Aircraft availability, airport access, route restrictions, operating conditions, regulatory requirements, and scheduling may affect the options that can be offered.
Accurate passenger and journey information is important when developing and administering a charter arrangement.
Customers must provide complete information reasonably requested during the consultation and booking process.
Each passenger is responsible for obtaining and carrying the passport, visa, identification, entry permission, travel documentation, or other documents applicable to the journey.
Relevant baggage information should also be disclosed before departure.
Where one person arranges travel for a group, that person should communicate applicable departure information, documentation requirements, baggage conditions, itinerary details, and booking rules to all passengers included in the arrangement.
A passenger's failure to satisfy applicable immigration, customs, documentation, or entry requirements does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Changes and cancellations follow separate timeframes. Customers should consider the applicable deadline cautiously before contacting our team.
| Request | Required Timing | What Happens |
| Change to accepted plan | At least 72 hours before departure | Request will be considered subject to feasibility |
| Cancellation | 48 hours or more before departure | Full refund of the paid amount for the affected booking |
| Late cancellation | Less than 48 hours before departure | 50% cancellation fee applies |
| No-show | Failure to appear for departure | Entire paid amount is retained |
Requests to modify an accepted itinerary or flight plan must reach our team at least 72 hours before the accepted departure time.
Requests must be emailed to jetliner@luxastraaero.com.
A change may involve the date, departure time, destination, passenger information, route, or another part of the accepted arrangement.
Requested amendments remain subject to aircraft availability, scheduling, airport requirements, route feasibility, and operating conditions. A change may also result in a revised quote.
Sending an amendment request does not itself modify the existing plan. The existing arrangement remains applicable unless a revised arrangement is communicated by our team.
Cancellation requests must also be sent to jetliner@luxastraaero.com.
Where we receive the cancellation request 48 hours or more before the accepted departure time, a full refund of the paid amount for the affected booking will apply.
Where the request is received less than 48 hours before the accepted departure time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
The time at which the cancellation email reaches our team will determine which cancellation window applies.
If the passenger or traveling party does not appear for the scheduled departure and an applicable cancellation has not been completed beforehand, the booking will be regarded as a no-show.
In a no-show situation, the entire amount already paid for the affected booking will be retained, with no refund available.
Private aviation is influenced by operational circumstances that may occasionally require an itinerary to change.
Weather conditions, air traffic instructions, airport restrictions, governmental directions, security measures, aircraft availability, regulatory requirements, or similar circumstances may affect a scheduled journey.
Where an operational issue materially affects an arrangement, Luxastraaero will communicate relevant information and discuss feasible alternatives where available.
Operational decisions must remain consistent with applicable aviation requirements and directions issued by relevant authorities.
Information provided through our website, consultation process, email correspondence, or booking arrangements may include personal data.
Luxastraaero handles personal data in accordance with applicable Hong Kong requirements, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (PDPO).

Additional information concerning personal data collection, use, retention, and customer requests is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

Charter operations may additionally be subject to applicable Hong Kong civil aviation legislation, airport requirements, operating permissions, and directions issued by relevant authorities.

If any provision within these terms becomes unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted.
Questions should be raised before departure whenever possible, particularly where they concern passenger information, itinerary details, amendment deadlines, or cancellation arrangements.
